How much does it cost to have my porch professionally decorated?

The price will vary by difficulty and size. Winter Planters can be ordered exclusively and start at $280/planter. For decor, a typical home could cost in the range of $1200-$6500+ depending on what you would like decorated, and the holiday. Fresh Grande Archways start at $1500 and custom faux holiday decorations there is a $1200 minimum. We want your holiday to feel luxurious and magical. Our payment structure requires 50% deposit to book your order (prior to any work being performed) and the remaining balance is auto-charged to the original form of payment within approximately 7-10 days of installation.

Is the decor rented or owned?

This answer is in two categories: Fresh & Faux/Custom

Fresh: For all fresh planters, archways, wreaths, garlands, etc, perishable items are yours to keep if you’d like. However, any custom designed additions above and beyond the standard model are rental based. (Example: specialty items, giant bows, lights, cables, etc).

Faux/Custom: For all non-perishable custom décor, we offer a complete, hassle-free rental service. Our custom rentals include everything: premium decorations, all necessary installation materials (cords, timers, etc.), professional installation, and removal. Whatever you choose, holiday is a full service, so unless you want to toss the perishables yourself, at the end of the season, we take everything down and haul it away.

When the next season arrives, you may re-rent your original design at a discounted rate, and rest assured, it will look fresh and flawless each year, as we repair or replace any/all worn components. OR if want something new and different, we can start afresh and create a brand new design & color scheme for you, all without the hassle or hard work.
